By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Website or place an order. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features such as the cart, wishlist, and order history, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

We make every effort to display our products, including their colours, designs, and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings, lighting in photography, and the nature of textile dyes and weaves. Minor variations of this kind are inherent to handcrafted and printed textiles and do not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices, products, and offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by our team. We may limit quantities available for purchase, including for wholesale enquiries.

The Website allows you to build a cart and submit your order to our team through WhatsApp. Your order is an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only when our team confirms the order, price, shipping, and payment details with you.

Payment is made through the method agreed with our team during order confirmation (for example, UPI or bank transfer). We do not collect or store card, UPI, or bank account details on the Website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

We currently offer free shipping on orders of ₹2,000 or more. Shipping charges for orders below this amount are communicated and agreed during order confirmation on WhatsApp.

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and depend on your location and our courier partners. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and minor delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Products purchased on sale or as part of wholesale orders may have different return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code.
• Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
